Many thanks to those members who responded to my letter requesting updated details, particularly e-mail addresses as this helps us reduce the amount of paper required to be sent out in relation to the AGM (date to be announced shortly).

If you have an e-mail address and have not yet provided it there is still time either to return the proforma that was sent or to go to the Members database and update your information.

Many thanks to all for your assistance with this as it really does save paper and money and a considerable time to collating enveloping and posting the papers.
