Girls cricket is coming to Aberdeen City and Shire.

Aberdeenshire have agreed to host the launch of Northern Lights a ten-week programme aimed at introducing girls cricket within the Aberdeen City and Shire area.
The initiative organised by the local Cricket Scotland development officer Dan Sutton is designed to encompass all cricket clubs in the area that have girls involved and will be run by Guillermina Mustafa (known as G) a women’s international cricketer from Argentina.
The programme aims are to provide girls with an opportunity to participate in the rapidly growing women’s cricket structure within Scotland.
Beginning on Sunday 6th May at Mannofield each 1 hour session starts at 11:00 am and will see participating girls develop their skills and make new friends in a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Ten one-hour sessions, run by fully trained and PVG accredited coaches

  • Girls only sessions
  • £2 per session
