8. Net Bookings

1. Net and Practice Facilities at Mannofield:

These facilities will be 2 x Astro nets and also an on square net which will be maintained in match condition and rotated when required. Although the covers will be used the final decision on the fitness of the square for use will be at the sole discretion of the Groundsman. In addition, we will also provide a specific fielding practice area with backing net.

2. Booking Practice Facilities:

The nets are free to book and use for Club members (unfortunately no guests are permitted). However, it is a strict requirement of the club’s insurance policy - all participants must be paid up members for the current season.

The membership rates for the 2021 season are:

  • Full Playing - £60
  • Student Playing - £30
  • Junior (Under 16) - £60

Members should log into their account on the club’s website and select the relevant membership product on the Shop tab.

Prior to making a net booking, please read the net booking conditions below.

Click on the button below to go to the Aberdeenshire CC online booking website. You will be asked to register when you first use the booking website.

When making a booking you will always need to provide specific information on who is using the nets as well as confirming all members in the booking are free from symptoms of Covid-19.
We have made the booking system as straightforward as possible. The system has been set up so that:

  • Members can book one, 50-minute session per day (Monday to Thursday)
  • Members can book a net session up to fourteen days in advance

Members are limited to 1 booking per week on the grass net at the same time slot each day, multiple books for a specific time slot each day will be rejected.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the bowling machine will not be available for general use but may be an option for specific coaching sessions operated by Coach Dan Sutton.

We know that many players will be keen to get back in to the nets as quickly as possible, however it is vital you respect the net booking conditions so we can all continue to make use of the facilities. Any breach of the booking conditions will unfortunately result in the member being denied access to the net facilities.

No toilet facilities will be available at Mannofield, so make sure you go before you arrive!
